A riding lawn mower was purchased and paid for in full. The mower was delivered but upon starting the machine it didn't work. The mower was returned and promised to be repaired. After one week a call was made and they assured us the machine was being worked on and would be ready shorty. Two weeks went by and still no word from them. A call was made and they couldn't even find the machine.
Upon going down to the store the mower was found and they refunded our money. They showed no remorse or evening caring about customer service and time. Their attitude was, big deal, well we didn't make anything off the machine because it was on sale. They couldn't have cared less about the customer and the poor negected service. They just didn't care! We used to really enjoy shopping at this store but oh has it changed in the last year.
When they first delivered the machine they drove their truck out on the lawn and made big deep grooves in the lawn with the tires. The lawn had just been watered. Their attitude was, big deal!
