These people pretend (very well) to be a seller of cycle parts and complete bikes. The website is extremely well done and if you ask for credentials they send you documents that supposedly prove they are a bona fide trader. All contact and queries are fast and courteous.
Once payment is made for the items, all contact stops, emails not answered, no phone contact.
