This company repeatedly calls and sends emails to me requesting us to pay our invoice. I have listened to the voice recording of myself. Admittedly it was my voice but taken out of context. I also asked to hear the whole message or have a transcript of the message. This was denied by this company saying they do not keep the recordings after a few months. I also asked for a contract signed by me or my employer and this too could not be produced.
I have ignored dealing with this company but the calls and relentlessness is overwhelming. I work for an Urgent Care Center and the overwhelming workload and patients on a daily basis is enough without having to deal with harrassing phone calls from scam artist. Please someone put a stop to this company and Jason Brooks who has given me my fair share of headaches!!!
