Charges against my Chase Debit card were shown on my account with a credit back on the same day. I researched who JDIBilling was and found numerous reports of scamming with this "company". It is supposedly a dating service but I've never used a dating service. They start with small amounts taken from your account and credit it back. Then they go on to steal your identity. I am meeting with Chase today in person to file complaint and was talking with them last night to close my cards.
