On Friday September 14 I received a phone call from a lady named Fernanda. She said that my phone number had been the winner of a ruffle and that I had won $1,000 I could cash it anywhere I wanted at any store but I just had to pay $100.00 as an insurance if something happened to the money. I did as I was told. On Friday September 21 at 1:46 pm I went to the post office, bought a money order for a $100.00 and got my so call gift. After it was in my hands and before living the post office I called Fernanda at 954-903-7513 she got the information she said she was going to call me back within 10 minutes so she could call the post office and confirm some information with them. She never did return my call. Another lady called me from #954-903-7507 claming to be Fernanda's secretary. I did not give any information to her I wanted to talk to Fernanda. From there on an time I called the ladies and neither one of the ladies would pick up but instead an answering system would pick it up saying that it was to full to leave a message. Than on Monday morning at 9:24 A.M. Fernanda's secretary called me and gave me the number of 1631-242-8676 saying that they would give me the adresses of their stores where I could go to buy stuff with the certificate they send me. I called the number of 631-242-8676 a lady answered and she told me it was all on line shopping nothing of stores she said it herself "they had given me wrong information". Than I tried calling Fernanda or the other lady and again no answer till now that is Monday September 24 at 9:58pm. The thing is that everything that Fernanda told me is a lie because she never said anything about internet shopping. Her, and her manager (that had also called me on 9/14) said if I was not happy I could get my money back. Now that i am calling and calling Fernanda and her secretary nobody answers. Now all of a sudden she is vanished. Even the stuff that she said it was a treatment for my hair does not work. Even the stuff you get from the 99 cents store works better than the stuff they send. I just want my $100.00 back because she lied to me. She should have just told me the truth from the beginning. The lie that she used and I fell for. It was a ruffle because of a phone call I had made within the last two years asking information about an add on television. What a lie.
