I think that for $2.99 there could have been a lot more unlimited phone support. I called about 6 times and each time get put on hold for 20 minutes. It's like they just want you to hang up. I have such a busy day, I thought I was getting unlimited phone support. I mean. Let's be honest, I was technically, but they don't have enough staff to accommodate all the people coming in. It's just awful. Money and time.
