Pch.com if you don't do all told they freeze you freeze you out. Tokens don't get posted. Want all medical info and can't delete it

1st of all i started with this pch stuff to play the games and win tokens. I never expected to be a big winner. After signing up i didn't have any problems with the website and was able to do all the instant winner lottos and slots and the other instant winner games for tokens.in the short time i had been playing i had accumulated many tokens to turn in for sweepstakes to win gift cards. I also know that the odds for those are also very bad, but i had fun winning the tokens. After the first week or so i started having problems getting in the site to play any games, although the site shows there were thousands playing.

I had to get in thru the many, many e-mails they send. They tell you that the sponsors videos have to e watched as that's how they basically keep the sweepstakes alive. Fine again. Then i kept getting locked out of the lottos and the slots you have to play to get to the instant sweepstakes to finally be able to play the games. This would take hours of my time trying to figure out the problem, thinking it was my computer and rebooting it every 1/2 hour, calling my ip, etc only to be told it was not them, it must be the website.

I stared getting tons of spam from people and companys i never heard of, so i deleted all. They kept returning. Then i read on the website you can unsubscribe, which i have been doing. How did they get there in the first place when i never authorized and hit "skip" on everything. I tried deleting my info that was not put in by me, but when i did that it would crash my computer and then there would be no games again. They even have the nerve to ask not only for regular personal info, but they want your personal medical info, "so we can better serve your needs."

That is nerve, i do not give out that info to anyone, let alone pch and their sponsors. At the bottom of some of those pages you either have to hit submit or try to click out of it, you cannot skip through it, nor can you try to delete the info that they have already typed in for you. Where did this info come from. I never gave any info. They try to get you to say you have certain diseases or disorders even if you don't. So you refresh or try to x-out and you don't get you tokens and they say you already played, when you didn't.

I know that people do win little things like $5, $10, $20, amazon gift codes, and such, but for all the time i have spent just trying to play the games as other people have complained about i feel we should all be compensated somehow. Even just a gift card or more tokens to make up for the ones they refused us. Now, this has really upset me. When i checked my mail today and saw all the adds again, some of which i deleted from car companies, drug companies, schools, etc. I opend the site to delete them again and you can imagine my horror when they turned out to be porn sites.

Now, come on, who are these sponsors we are forced to deal with. Who are these people putting adware, malaware and viruses in our computers bypassing antivirus systems and firewalls. I am a furios consumer and would never buy anything from publisher clearing house and even though they say you don't have to make a purchase, i believe they are making false statements.

From my own experience with them, if you don't purchase anything or submit any info they somehow get it anyway and mess with you system. They do not have anything i am interested in and i hope there is some organization keeping track of the complaints against them. Thankyou for listenting to me.By the way, i have tried contacting pch directly to complain and even though they say there are real people there to help you, i was never able to contact anyone, by e-mail or phone.
