I downloaded and played top eleven football management game on my iphone, I loved the game and am still hooked on it every day, I completed 3 different "free" token offers and the first one worked fine but the next two I completed over a month ago and I still have not received my tokens. The first was with vista print, if you ordered a free mug and paid the postage (about £4) you would receive 59 tokens within 1 to 3 days but I still have not got these then there was an offer to buy clothes from Tesco.com and you would get 22 tokens so I spent £9 on clothes and they arrived many weeks ago but still no tokens, I have emailed tapjoy support 3 times over the past month and have ha NO response at all which for a big company this is awful to not even bother replying
