I am a Realtor who was asked to do 2 very difficult Brokers Property Opinions on Homes that were distressed. I traveled out of my market area and spent many hours giving a brokers opinion on Properties in Which Evaluation Solutions is payed by Banks for. They will not pay me the $225 they owe me and as I have seen from others reporting them, this is their typical MO. I would suggest to every Realtor and every bank that they not use the services of this company. They, it seems, pay absolutely no one for their work. I am reporting them until the day I die.
