Charged $39.00 Instead of $5.00, Refund Demanded Immediately

I put in for 5.00 dollars one time, and it charged me 39.00 instead of 5.00. I am very upset because I don't have money to throw around. I need my money back now. If I do not hear back within a few hours, I am going to find a lawyer. This isn't the first time this has happened.
