H commack, ny 11725 which own $20.00 by money order. #2 direct research consultants @ 998c old country rd pmb 406 plainview, ny 11803-4928 i paid no moneies on this, thank god. #3 universal research unlimited @2005 merrick rd, pmb 405 merrick, ny 11566 this one cost me @45.00 in all but i did receive a check for $25.00 written on a key bank national association i believe it was vancouver bc v7x 1a6 canada toll free no. 1-866-688-0366. This last company still has $20.00 on my check #2001
