My husband and I paid in advance for a trip to Ireland scheduled for October 1, to date we have not documentation of said trip. I have emailed them and called them to no avail and still do not have anything. Filed 2 complaints with better business bureau and they falsified information on their response stating they had been in contact with me regarding a delivery of 9/13 with receipt and itinerary. Then I received a email stating 9/19 for delivery and still nothing. They will not return calls or email that I have sent regarding this matter. My neighbors are also involved on the trip and we have received nothing at all.
