Bi Comp LLC is a shell company that holds patents to certain technologies called Thermal Dynamic Pulse Unit and HEC - Heat Exchange Compressor. They have been pitching this technology for over 10 years raising hundreds of thousands of dollars from various small investors. Their proposition is that the HEC and TPU are "new" technologies" that will revolutionize heavy oil extraction by using hot gas injection to heat and stimulate heavy oil as well as lift the oil simultaneously. The equipment has never proven to work anywhere for a prolonged period of time. They jump from investor to investor using multiple LLC's on a project by project basis, with no one ever realizing a return but Bi-Comp and it's project managers bank roll huge management fees every step of the way. The newest "joint venture" is being pitched under the newly formed Geneva Energy. Be very cautious about this "investment opportunity". There is a long history around the HEC and TPU, Bi-Comp and the people behind Geneva Energy.
