I spoke with Tina Valdez, agent number 286, and she was unable to give me a refund unless I take out a loan. I informed her that I didn't give Palm Loan Advances my information and that I needed to speak with a supervisor. I've been on hold for 15 mins now and she keeps telling me that all supervisors are busy. I have read up this company and have learned that this scam is a common practice. I never entered my information and I need my money back in my account. She did give me the physical address for your company and offered $100 in gas vouchers. I do not want that I just want my money back. I pray that they don't prey on others like you have done me and many others in the past. I need to know what legal steps I need to take now to get my money. I'm going to call the police once I speak with a supervisor.
I spoke with Mark Robinson, operator number 124, who said he was the highest supervisor in his office and no one was above him. He again offered me the $100 gas voucher and said that it was nothing else that he could do. I asked him where I could find this information about the $30 on the website and he directed me to terms and conditions where is states "IF" you sign up for an optional program that you will be charged this fee. I did not sign up for a program and I didn't receive a loan. I just want MY money back. He told me he couldn't do anything else for me and that we were just talking in circles. I told him yes I've been talking in circles for the past 40 mins now because it's my money that I worked for.
I'm highly disappointed in the way that this was handled. I will make sure that people are informed of the corrupt business practices of this company. I'm drafting my letter for BBB and the local police so that I can file a complaint and do a dispute with my bank.
