DermaPure has the same address as "Ketone Slim". After completing an online survey I was offered a product as a thank you, all I had to pay was $1.95 for shipping. 2 weeks later I was charged an additional $79.95 for the product. I never authorized this purchase. The product did not come with any information advising that this was a trial or anything other than a gift for completing the survey. After calling my credit card company and filing a dispute, "Ketone Slim" was called and gave us a 16 digit long RMA number and I was advised to return product to 107 South 57th Drive in Phoenix, AZ. I will be holding my breath on the refund.
