I applied for a loan with Williams online credit but I didn't accept or sign any loan documents and was still charged a 19.00 fee. The 19.00 overdrew my account because I wasn't expecting it to be withdrawn which made all my other transactions overdrawn. This company should not be allowed to withdraw funds for services they did not render!!
