On June 19th I placed an order for a nu-wave cook top and I was suppose to get one free, just pay for the shipping which was another 29.99 added on. I never received it. I have called them and I don't get no response. So I sent them a fax, and they responded that they were on back order, so I sent them another fax asking them to make it right and send me the cookware in place of the cooktop. I still after 2 more months haven't received anything from this company. This is a scam and I won't let it go until I get what I paid for. It's not the money, it's the principle. My customer # is 35381 and my order # is 32098A any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
