Went to load a prepaid card.in order to do that i have to purchase a money pak and go online or phone. I did both unable to load. For days i called put on hold hung up on then requested return. 10 day return policy. I have still not received compensation. Kept telling me it was my prepaid i talked to company and had my prepaid for almost a year with no problems they said money pak at fault money pak said oh our systems are down. Now behind on bills had to get loan to cover my money loss. People dont get moneypak!!!
