I had the same problem with this company. My products took ages to arrive and when they did, I didn't have enough time to trial or send back. However; I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! Be persistent, keep calling, and emailing (080090050010 and 08081680207 UK, or [email protected]) and send the products back recorded, first class. Then you can see if they accept them back. If so, they have no reason not to give you a refund when you provide them with who signed for them, date and time. I was relentless and kept on at them, and as soon as they tried to pass me off, I sent them the details of them accepting the products back. All I can say is BE PERSISTENT and don't take no for an answer!!
