I get calls from this outfit (Rachel) all the time. I got calls three times this week—two days in a row. I signed up for the "Do Not Call Registry" I read from another complainant's blog that their phone is 1-866-845-6273. I always hang up right away but some people have received threats when they follow up and talk to someone. I am with Hargray in SC.
