I ordered what should have totaled $19.98. When the invoice came through it was for $66.93. I called and demanded that the order be cancelled and was given a run around about it taking several days before an internet order could be viewed on their system and to call back.
I insisted on leaving every detail with the person and told her that I wanted the order cancelled completely ASAP. I am not waiting several days for it to show. If it posts on my credit card I will file a fraud complaint.
