On 18th July i paid a deposit of £3,000.00 to Fresh Start Living for a property in their Palm Breeze development in Florida.
In August I was informed that the development was no longer going ahead. I was offered a new development but declined as i didnt like the area. I asked for a refund, and was sent a form to fill in. I completed & returned the form in August.
Throughout the rest of the year i was unable to get hold on anyone who could deal with the matter. I spoke to Daniel Scholes, Stuart Wayne, and a few others who have now left the company (as I have been told).
On 5th June I visited the Fresh start living offices. I was not allowed entry as soon as i mentioned palm breeze. I made a fuss and was able to see, Alan Johnson & the MD Charlie Cunningham. The MD, gave me a letter promising to refund my deposit but could not issue a cheque as the commercial direcotor was on leave.
To date, i have not receieved a refund and I am put on hold indefinitely anytime i call their offices.

Can you please assist me in obtaining this refund from Fresh Start Living.
