This person claimed to be a memeber of the united states army. Asked for the sum of 350 to be married to me another 200.00 for rings 100.00 for a party all with the promise of coming home so we could be married. None of this has come true.
I have asked for this person to leave me alone but yet he will not. I have blocked him from all emails and ways for him to contact me.
Now he is sending packages to my home for which I have refused. He is charging them to another person's credit or debit card. This person needs to be stopped.
