My magic jack expired today sept. 14. I have been trying for 2days to renew my subscription, but failed. After putting in my credit card info it said failed 9797 pin less debit. Card not eligible for pin less debit processing. What does that mean. I even tried another credit card and it also failed.
It said order no. TS11740945 not completed.
As of today I cannot call out anymore. What do I do. Please reconnect me again.
