I decided to give Cupid.com a 3 day trial and then decided to close the said account. On the date given I discovered that the amount given (in British Pounds) had been deducted from my account in 2 seperate transactions. I inquired at my bank and was given a freephone telephone number to ring (0800 520 0306) to contact Cupid.com. I rang them and was answered in a very unprofessional manner. I was told that they would send an email to me ending the account in 2 minutes but no email has arrived to this date.
