Eceived a call from a john gronin on 9/7 from cook county office that phyllis murray (daughter) was going to be chared with fraudgulint checks and defrauding a financial instatution and to contact plantiff @ 855-566-2293 case Number 156535 I contacted them and was told by a Mr. James staton that my daughter took a lone for 700.00 dollars and did not pay back at that i told I could not afford that then it was 510.00 I said ok but then hung up and changed my mind I did not give him my phone number but he called and lower it to 425.00- at time I talk to my daugher and she stated that this was fraud and took her 1800.00 dollars call monday to cancel and they would not return my money and that they e-mail a payed off note by close of bussines day. Call again to get a address from them and all they would give me is a po box #412 east haven con.
