Unnecessary billing

They bill me for items that I've nothing related to. I have never used their site. I'v never saved any audio from their website. They simply charged me for practically nothing. They do not react back again to my emails. They do not have a telephone number you are able to achieve them at. How unprofessional is the fact that, simply because they do not need folks calling them wondering why they got charged for material they did not actually purchase. They are covering. Whenever you visit immediate assistance live-chat on the site. It does not actually do something. I can not stay emusic.com. Who wants emusic when there is itunes.
