For a few years now, on Usenet, I and others have been cyberstalked and cyberterrorized by an individual who posts defamitory lies and vulgar accusations. This individual is responsible for nullifying a valuable free resource for folks looking into SSA's mountian of code and POMs.
This individual has even cyberstalked people to other newsgroups with the direct purpose of cyberterrorizing members of the groups he has attacked.

For starters you can go to alt. Social-security-disability newsgroup and get *some* of his dysfunction. There you will find a second troll who has taken up residience. The second troll is nic Jon, ignore him, he's just a nuttball and not actively pursuing people. The main troll is constantly changing it's name and log on info.
To further narrow down the troll you can visit another newsgroup al. Comp. Blind-users
There, in a thread labled "skype and microsoft" you will see where I have actually pointed out the illegal actions only to be riddiculed by the troll and followed by even more troll posts.
This has been an ongoing situation and I have tried contacting local federal and state law enforcement in the past. This may not be a kook with a suitcase bomb or a jihad mission, but it is a clear violation of current US law by someone intelligent enough to know the differnce. Problem is he does not seem to think that any law enforcement agency in the USA has teeth enough to enforce the laws he is breaking.
