And has not needed to pay anything. About mid July it was found that 4 of our panels were not connected to the grid. The Ass. Claims it is the inspector's fault; the insp. Claims it is the electrician's fault, and nobody returns calls anymore. The friend mentioned above also use about twice the power I do.
