I had organised a bond clean with this company, which the amount was $395 inc gst, and we were given the option of $50 for the carpets cleaned taking the total to $445. When i recieved this information i specifically asked the company if we would be charged more for extra cleaning and the answer i was given was no, that is not our company policy.
After having our unit cleaned i went to collect the keys which i clearly told they were to put them in the letterbox. Which no keys have been left, after using one of the other tenants keys to check out the job they had done on the clean we were shocked to have forund the carpets were not even cleaned. When i rang the lady to see why the carpets hadnt been done she said she kept the extra $50 because the house was so dirty. Which this was aparently againgst company policy. Then saying they would clean the carpets for an extra $120
