I purchased a modular home which they refuse to finish setup. They promise they will show up and do the work time after time and they don't. Their customer service is terrible. They don't return your calls and they avoid taking responsibility in any wrong doings. They also say they are going to do a lot of things for you and then either go back on their word or don't do it at all.
