Kyle called offering to sell my condo in Costa Rica. I was asked to wire money for a transfer fee. He is working with an accomplice, Kris Karbowski, ABC Title and Closing Services, 1831 California St, Denver, Colorado 870202 303-954-4898. They gave me a closing date of 9/5. Painfully obvious to me now, this offer was to good to be true.
