Abc title and closing services and First Management Group

I was contacted by Kyle Anderson from First Management Group offering to buy my time share in Costa Rica. I was asked to pay the title transfer and taxes before the sale. Chris from ABC Title and Closing services gave me a closing date of October 24. I never received payment and now both company phones and web sites are not working. I fear that I have been a victim of a scam.
