PESOPAK not delivered to official consignee

Our PESOPAK (Ref: Tracking No. 111093573697 and Tran Date: 8/16) was delivered to the wrong person by LBC delivery personnel.

Because of this negligence by LBC delivery personnel, the consignee did not received the all important financial aid on time for his sustenance and medication.

We wish LBC management to rectify this non-conformance to contract ASAP.
