I almost always patronize Hess stations. But on said day the first thing no reciept at pump. Second, the two girls waiting on me were to busy talking about their painted finger nails and ignoring me. Third, I wish to clean my windows which needed it and I find no window wash nor towels, anywhere out side. I guess to busy with their finger nails. Never had this problem at your other stations, especially on the east side of Jacksonville. I hope it will be rectified soon. Thank you for your attention.
