Purchased $15.47 in gas using my bank debit card. Later went to use my card and it was declined. Upon researching my account, I discovered that HESS put an additional $75 hold on my account and I am unable to use my card until I can contact my bank. I went back to the station where I purchased the gas and they had no answers or solutions for me. This put me in a very bad situation since I was trying to buy food for my 2 children. Hess has essentially taken food from the mouths of my little girls and I'm flipping furious!!!
