Ordered free trial of bed defense. Ad says pay shipping of 3.95 only. 30 days later, my account is charged 41.87. This was not in my budget, so it overdrew my account. Charged 37.00 more.
Tried to complain on web site... Would not go through. Finally got hold of company. I was told free trial was for 30 days. Then had to pay for the product. How misleading is that?!!! FREE trial means... Free. I am supposed to get my money back. We'll see.
