I ordered one bottle to try the product. I noticed and UNchecked the option to auto-supply every month, but next month auto charge was processed and another month's supply received. I didn't act straight away and was charged and received a third month's supply. At that time I referred to the web site and found contact options were limited to email. I emailed stating that while I did not have any issue with the product, I believed I did not request auto-reorder option. I stated that they were not authorised to deduct any further charges and that I did not want to be on an automatic reorder system. They responded within 2 days, apologised and confirmed no further charges would be deducted. I am reporting this, because I came across similar complaints on your site and wish to add mine for statistical information as it appears that this company could be using the auto-reorder to boost sales.
