Unknown Checking Account Charge, No Phone Number or Website Found

I have a charge on my checking account and don't know why. I have never even heard of google chaus before. What is this. Some kind of scam? How do I even get my money back? There is no web site or phone number anywhere where I can't call or write a complaint directly to them!
