I originally received Endless Youth supplements as a free trial when I ordered WEN hair products. As I did not return an empty/partial bottle of pills it was apparently taken as evidence that I wished to continue to get monthly shipments and a month supply of the supplements were charged and shipped. I called customer service to cancel my account and stop all future shipments. This was done. I was instructed to write Return to Sender on the unopened package and return the unwanted shipment. This was done. I have continued to receive bills over the last 6 months for the returned shipment as the company claims it has no record of the return. I was stupid not to have paid for delivery notification when I returned the product. Guthy-Renker is stupid as they have now lost any hope of future business with me and I will take the time to post multiple negative internet comments and complaints regarding their business practices.
