Got a cold call from the company. The caller said they were working in the area and wanted to know if we had any work that needed doing. After a brief chat, I said they could come for a quote on Sunday. I was then transferred to Richard, the scheduler. After the call, I checked this site and Yelp and found 1 listing on each site, both of which were very negative. I called back and told Richard I wanted to cancel the appointment. He asked why, and after I told him he just hung up on me. Lesson learned: If you get a call from Diamond Home Builders, hang up!
