Total Choice Corp so claim Mortgage broker charged me $3,500.00 upfront to finance a home and never came through with the loan. It's been 8 months and they refuse to answer or return phone calls or respond to the BBB report I filed. As of to date I am still out $3,500.00 and no loan or answers.
