I just returned Home from making a purchase at the 5945 E Stop 11 Rd: S Arlington Ave: Indianapolis - SE, IN 46237 Store. I was assisted by the Manager (black shirt) on Duty. I asked for a Pack of Swisher Sweets. Not knowing the difference between Cigarellos, little Cigars, etc I told her the location so she did not have to touch all of them. She slammed her hands on the Counter and told me to just TELL her what in the hell I wanted. When I told her that I did not know the difference (purchasing for my husband and have ordered them like that for years), she started to pick up each pack and commence to tell me that these are Cigars, these are Cigarellos and make me feel like an idiot in front of everyone. This was beyond condensending.
When I asked her why she was being so Rude unprovoked, she told me to "just shut up and that she was over me", pay and get out of the Store.
I have NEVER been treated like that in a Convenience Store in my life. Especially by a Manager that is supposed to be helpful when we may need assisted with our Purchase.
I am shocked.
Several Customers came out of the Store and said, I cannot believe that she just talked to you like that, especially unprovoked.
If I were you, I would seriously reconsider your Management Representation.
This Store has gone downhill very quickly since it became a Speedway and I never received such shocking and rude Customer Service from any other Speedway Stations that I have shopped at before.
