Special deal was for 60 days refund, took 3 days to get downloads & 2 weeks to login to software, software didn't work & another 2 weeks before access was available, software still didn't do what seller had promised, asked for refund and was told by customer support refunds were 7 days only! Can't even find Business name / address or owners name to confront!
