The Product... Fig Cleansing Conditioner

I purchased this product over a year ago, I used it a few times and later I had a process done to my hair called Brazillion straitening. I was told by my hairdresser that I had to use a special shampoo for my hair, that's why I stopped using Wen. I pulled out to look at it today and see if I can still use it, but discovered that it had turned to a watery liquid. I called QVC where I purchased it and they told me that I should contact you and see what you can do for me.
I did not know if the cleansing conditioner had an expiration date.
Please let me know what you can do for me.
