My 90 year old mother saw this on TV in the middle of the night and decided to order it. The Shipping/Handling charges are never disclosed in the ad on TV or anywhere else for that matter.
The product was delivered and the cost was $99.99 for the item and $139.85 for Shipping & Handling! 1 Box Really!!!
What a scam!!! Taking advantage of customers, especially elderly customers, is a disgrace.
I have been trying to call the number listed on the invoice 855-742-2665, and I am directed to an extension. The instructions are to leave a message for a call back. The message says you should include your phone number, the customer number, your e-mail address, a reference number, and the reason you are calling, You are given only 15 seconds to leave this information.
I e-mailed customer support 2 days ago, and have not heard from them either. Scam!
