I received a call about my magazine subscription that they needed to up date my file. I verified all information as they ask the questions and I ask them what magazines was this for as I normally don't order mags on the phone and they wouldn't tell me which ones I had ordered. They said that the mags would start arriving in the next week or so. I didn't realize that they were going to charge my debit card at the time since I was in the middle of a chemo treatment when they called and not able to remember everything they said. Since that time they have charged me 59.95 each month and when I have tried to contact them the number no longer works. I am going to the bank and have them block the charges from now on. I still as of today have not received any magazines from them or any paperwork showing the charges for these.
I don't have a job and could not afford to pay that much for a magazine when I can get them a lot cheaper other ways if I want them.
