I ordered a 'free trial' via there internet page which at the time did not state any terms and conditions when i ordered the product whist reading through the leaflet that came with it today i see it has put me in to a automated payment thing where i will be charged £37.99 a month unless i cancel within 14 days of my original order i filled in there cancellation page online and got a automated email back saying they are backlogged and i will get a reply within 72 hours the trouble i now have is i want to cancel this before anymore money comes out of my bank but they do not supply a returns address so in theory the product will not get back to them in the time they state and i will be charged for another months supply at 37.99 this is a CON as it did not state this when ordering they use this stupid free trial to get your card details.
