The email came from my sister, so I thought she was trying the new diet drops. I ordered it and they charged my account immediately. That was three months ago. I have sent emails trying to get this resolved. I just continue to get emails from nancy telling me hat they will look into it and are trying their best to resolve the problem. To date nothing... I do have a phone number that I plan to try tomorrow.
