Had been looking for specific pair of Dansko sandals; 8/9 finally found them on this site for $71.25 - the price was in line with what I would have paid elsewhere online so I didn't think anything of it.
8/25 I hadn't gotten my shoes and started emailing the email attached to my invoice - thank goodness I printed it out. THIS IS PROBABLY HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS - they depend on people making a purchase then 'forgetting' all about it and they get to keep your money and you get nothing!
I received no purchase/payment email, nor received responses to my emails.
Initially I tried doing a resolution and reporting it as fraud through PayPal and was told that the sender had proof of shipment so PayPal closed my file.
A week later I received something in the mail from China normally I would have thrown this away but since Paypal said the sender had proof of shipment I was watchful - this small package said the contents was a shower cap so I CALLED PayPal and spoke to a live person and told them either refund my money or I would have my credit card refund it. They said they realized it to be fraud and refunded my money - WHY couldn't they have done that to begin with - probably because the first PayPal employee (s) were lazy - don't you just love lazy people!!!
DON'T settle for being fraud ed, don't write it off - go to your credit card company if PayPal refuses to do whats right and insist they credit your account.
